PROGRAMS WE SUPPORT
To support the MMRC in its mission to build medical capabilities for Marin residents during time of crisis, the Marin Medical Reserve Corps Foundation supports the following training programs in our community:
- First Aid for Disaster Response (FADR)
- Sidewalk CPR
- Wound Care in Austere Conditions
FIRST AID DISASTER RESPONSE (FADR) CLASSES
FADR classes are held throughout the year to teach residents of Marin how anyone can help save a life by recognizing life-threatening symptoms and taking action to assist the victim’s survival chances.
Since its launch in 2014, the Marin Medical Reserve Corps has successfully trained hundreds of Marin residents.
For information on upcoming classes call the Senior Program Coordinator at 1-415-473-3643.
